In order to realize our vision, we are looking for a Business IntelligenceProject Manager to strengthen our Performance & Information Management Team in Germany. The team supports the development of Data Warehousing or reporting systems in a very international environment for large and medium pharmaceutical headquarters in different geographies collaborating with an international team.

Our team is part of the wider Technology Solutions team that provides Technology Solutions to Life Science clients across offerings ranging from CRM, Multichannel Marketing, Social Media, Content Management, Performance Management and Master Data Management solutions. 

To support us in the growth of our activities, we are looking for a new team member who will be given the opportunity to work on Business Intelligence projects.

Location: Frankfurt or Bonn

Key responsibilities:

• Lead workstreams in consulting or technology implementation projects with regards to Performance and Information Management Projects.
• Work with international Pharma headquarters based in EU region, with special focus on German HQs.
• Effective client communication.
• On-site client engagement and project execution.
• Run workshops, participate in requirement development & gathering process.
• Translation of business requirements into functional specification, write documentation (e.g. URS, FS, Test cases).
• Project manage the implementation project from end to end, handling the client side as well as the technical team on IQVIA side.
• Ensure that the client's business need is fully understood by the project team and that the solution will meet the requirements.
• Support business development activities, contribute in proposal development.
• Travel across countries and work with international, virtual teams in a dynamic environment.
• Adhere to strict deadlines and multiple projects to deal with.

Essential experience, technical and personal skills:

• MSc/MA in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
• Prior hands-on experience (from 6 to 9 years) in business intelligence projects in areas such as project management, solution development, business & data analysis and requirements definition
• Professional expertise in Consulting (Life Sciences and/or Business intelligence domain)
• Ability to run workshops, participate in requirement development, gathering process and translation of requirements into specification
• Good experience with project management of technical implementation projects, having worked ideally with different methodologies like Waterfall and/or Agile, SDLC
• Good understanding of Commercial Analytics in Life Sciences is a big plus
• Experience with data analysis using SQL, Python or similar
• Proficient skills in teamwork, collaboration, excellent communication abilities
• Hands-on experience with business Intelligence (Power BI, QlikView), Data Warehouse, Cubes, ETL is highly beneficial
• Experience with a CRM is of advantage
• Languages: Fluency in German and English (oral and written) are required. Other languages are a plus
