Administrative/Scheduling Specialist - Covid infection Survey - Homebased

Initially a 3 month  Fixed Term Contract – possibility of a permanent position.

Working within IQVIA’s Administrative function, on an exciting initiative to support our COVID-19 sampling study. We are looking for Scheduling Specialists, with strong administration skills to provide and support a diverse and varied range of tasks and duties across a number of key departments and contacts.

Your role will involve scheduling appointments with participants, Healthcare workers and other stakeholders as determined by priority.

You will need to independently analyse/review critical data, which will require accuracy and attention to detail for reporting purposes.

In this key role, you will also maintain relevant databases, track appropriate departmental information and produce support materials for the day to day operation of the project.

You will also assume responsibility for the development and design of improved administrative ways of working.

This opportunity would suit a graduate looking for an entry level position or indeed an experienced Admin professional looking to add value in a forward thinking company.

As an Administrative/Scheduling Specialist at IQVIA, you need to be/have:-

  • Flexibility to work
  • A ‘Can do’ positive attitude
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your time
  • IT literate – intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (with strong home Internet )
  • Ability to grasp, analyse, and assimilate information/data
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated
