Proposals and Contracts Specialist

The Proposal & Contract Specialist is responsible for preparing draft proposal and contract documents, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders and Change Orders, using Parexel templates per guidance provided by the assigned Contract Manager or Line Manager, and in conjunction with relevant departments. You will help to amend project budgets and may have direct client interaction as assigned by Contract Manager or Line Manger. You will provide quality deliverables to clients under strict deadlines.
Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skillsAnalytical skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent Microsoft Word and Excel skillsConfident dealing with internal staff, and external if requireNegotiation skillsEducationBachelor’s Degree or above.
