Supervise and participate in house recycles and related repairs; assign and monitor work of crew members.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   Supervise and participate in house recycles; disassemble house and related equipment; wash, repair, sanitize and reassemble house. Perform minor equipment repair. Monitor job performance of fellow crew members and suggest improvements when needed. Interact closely with Farm Managers and Maintenance. Assign work to crew members. Prepare recycling reports. Assist with flock removal. Communicate directly with Supervisor. Occasionally fill in for house manager. Perform all other related duties as assigned Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Education:   High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.). Experience:   1-2 years related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Certification/Licensure:  Valid driver’s license. Other:   Basic maintenance skills.
