Testing Lead

Responsibilities:

• Constructs the Test Plan for the client solution
• Ensures resource availability and training for the Test team
• Reviews test cases, test scripts and test data
• Ensures that good testing practice is applied
• Reports test status and defect counts/status to the Technical Lead and/or Project Manager
• Responsible for the production of the Test Execution Report
• Provides a test risk assessment to contribute to the solution Go/No Go decision
