Capable of following detailed and documented procedures to configure specific user's equipment. 

Identify common symptoms and problems associated with laptop/desktop/smartphones and tablets. 

Be able to troubleshoot and isolate technical issues.

Install build on computer devices per client defined build procedures.

Basic understanding and capability of administrating for various mobile device management tools (MDM).

Manage, document and escalate status requests to various departments.
