Proposal Reviewer, GDO

We are looking for a GDO Proposal Review Specialist who will be responsible for applying all strategies for GDO Data Management and Statistic proposals to secure new business. In this role you will work with Pre Sales Team, CRD/CDD, ISS, Project Management to develop a clear understanding of project and client objectives and requirements. You will coordinate input into proposals and perform proposal review according to GDO standard rules or Sponsor Specifications, as well as work globally to ensure proper assignments of the Proposal Reviewer and will ensure consistent pricing occurs within data operations on a global basis. You will perform a thoroughly review of Biostatistic and/or Data Management (DM) proposals. Such a review also contains the preparation and completion of proposals as per complexity and design, as well as bid grid reviews in sponsor format. I n this role you will work close with SME functions within Biostatistic and/or Data Management Team to gain respective input for related proposal or Sponsor Questions.

Key Accountabilities

• Review, preparation and completion of Biostatistics and/or DM proposals according to their format

• Close communication to GDO Team

• W or k wit h Proposal Manager from Pre Sales Team, Contract Manager, GDO F unc ti ona l L e a ds, Project Team, CRD and ISS t o under st a nd GDO DM and Biostatistics service requirement .

• Ensure proper assignments of the Proposal Reviewer and will ensure consistent pricing occurs within data operations on a global basis

• He/she will perform other GDO business support tasks as assigned .

QualificationsSkills and Experience required for the role:

• Hi g h S c hool di pl om a re q ui re d – i dea l l y de g r e e i n Statistics, li f e sc i e nc e, computer science, commercial subjects or ot he r re l a t e d bac k g r oun d - pref e rre d

• 2 years of experiences in Proposal Management in CRO or pharmaceutical field required

• Understanding of clinical research database platforms required
