This position is a senior computer programming position working with clinical trials data within the Pharmacokineticist group. PK experience is not required. Education and Experience:

BA/BS degree in computer science, statistics, biostatistics, mathematics or related field. MA/MS degree is desirableMinimum 5 years of programming and clinical research or related experienceMust have database management, SAS or PL/SQL programming experienceOr equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in one or more programming languagesAbility to train, mentor and supervise othersUnderstanding of relational data base structure and experience working with complex data systemsExperience demonstrating a strong attention to detailExperience demonstrating leadership ability and ability to work on a multi-disciplinary project teamExcellent problem solving and innovative skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to independently and effectively organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelinesAbility to adapt and adjust to changing prioritiesDemonstrated positive attitude, enthusiasm toward work, and the ability to work well with othersDemonstrated leadership, initiative and motivation
