Assists with vendor queries and concerns about the program and process.Develops training for vendors and contingent labor on company processes and procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, expenses and invoices.Liaises with the business to create new bill rate ranges based on industry norms.Assists with employment status changes.Answers basic questions from hiring managers to support the process. Ideal candidate will have experience with vendor employment contracts, vendor invoicing, Fieldglass and/or agency recruitment.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Firm knowledge of CRO industry and solid understanding of recruitment practicesDemonstrated ability to make sound recommendations when focusing on staffing and selection strategies relating to business issuesSolid proficiency in Microsoft Office programsGood organizational and time management skillsPossesses the maturity to handle sensitive information and data effectively and make sound recommendationsSatisfactory analytical and quantitative abilitiesAbility to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality resultsGood written and oral communications skillsAbility to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external clientsPPD values the health and well-being of our employees.
