Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2 years).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Firm knowledge of CRO industry and solid understanding of recruitment practicesDemonstrated ability to make sound recommendations when focusing on staffing and selection strategies relating to business issuesSolid proficiency in Microsoft Office programsGood organizational and time management skillsPossesses the maturity to handle sensitive information and data effectively and make sound recommendationsSatisfactory analytical and quantitative abilitiesAbility to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality resultsGood written and oral communications skillsAbility to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external clientsPPD values the health and well-being of our employees.
