1. Manage Clinical Development Expertise Learning Solutions
• Assess Parexel SBU business strategy and priority in region, work with SBU SME, Commercial Teams to access learning needs in market through surveys, interview, focus groups, and/or consultation with target audiences' line managers to discover needs from client side;
• Work with regional and global SME, Commercial Team to propose, design, develop Clinical Development Expertise Workshops and meet diverse needs in clinical trial management;
• Support Academy Director compose Proposal and meet clients need by delivering Expertise Workshop;
• Work with SME to design workshop outline and objectives, and produce regarding marketing communication materials;
• Develop regional Expertise Public Workshop series and organize Public Workshop projects;
• Consistently collect feedbacks from clients and Academy colleagues for program enhancement;
• Support SME answer routine questions from participants and actively navigate clients business to SBU and ensure clients requests have responds;
• Measure ROI and summarize impacts to business growth
• Build SME profiles and align with global SME pool to ensure resources utilization.
2. Learning Program Innovation
• Closely work with global innovation team for academy deliverable enhancement;
• Support SME and academy trainers to transit workshop from f2f model into digitalization;
• Work with global innovation team and academy financial team to enhance E-learning platform
• Work with academy Director to create and maintain digitalization business model;
3. Academy Marketing
• Regularly collect and analyze market information, including leading subject trends, competitor offerings, and Parexel strategy priority;
• Maintain the update of regional offering flyers and communication materials up to date;
• Closely work with global marketing team on Academy website construction and digital marketing activities;
• Support regional marketing events, e.g. DIA meeting;
• Align with global marketing team to maintain social medial information in region;
4. Operation Coaching
• Provide coaching to regional Administrators to make sure operation quality
• Ad hoc academy delivery onsite supportsQualificationsSkills:
• Maximizing resources in planning and organizing project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
• Being able to facilitate SME to develop learning solutions
• Marketing data mining and analysis skills
• Learning innovation trends intelligence collection
• Computer skill in Window: Excel, Power points for the report analysis and project planning
• Bilingual capacity is must
Knowledge and Experience:
• Strong business acumen or initiatives to bring new model or best practices;
• Working experience in clinical trial industry for 2 years and above;
• Working experience in Training an Development management works;
• Experiences in design marketing communication information / materials;
• Experiences in organize marketing or training events.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in the area of Marketing, Learning and Development, Digitalization
