Parexel has an exciting new opportunity for a seasoned clinical feasibility or commercial network site management professional to join our Global Clinical Feasibility team, as an Associate Director, Clinical Feasibility - Strategy Lead - Infectious Disease. The person selected for this role, will ideally have a background working extensively in Infectious Disease clinical trials as well strong client management skills. This is not a line management role, but does include oversight of the teams project work and the ability to jump in to assist in that work as needed. This is a home based position, ideally located in the eastern region of the US.

The Feasibility Strategy AD will take a leadership role within the department that will have a meaningful impact on the wider team. This can manifest in various ways – for example:

- Therapy team lead – driving best practice and collaboration across the pre and post award feasibility teams in one of the TA franchises

- Strategic client lead – owning the feasibility portfolio delivery and relationship with important enterprise or biotech clients

- Product/process development lead – drive industry leading best practice to differentiate Parexel

This role, while not a line manager, is a senior team member that owns a segment of the department delivery product. They will mentor/lead feasibility personnel and take responsibility for segment KPIs.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Several years Pharmaceutical/CRO Industry Experience in Clinical Research and/or Sales operations

• Multiple years in Project management/clinical management/feasibility management of global clinical trials

• Experience in or associated with CRO proposal process and solution development

• Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical or operational strategy preferred

• Demonstrate expertise and experience in clinical trial feasibility assessments

Education:

• Degree / further degree. MSc, MBA, Ph.D. or equivalent preferred

• Scientific/Medical/Nursing background
