With overall engineering responsibility for the various global HR systems the person will proactively Lead, Manage and Develop a team in the Design, Development, Implementation and Operations of various On Premise and hosted HR solutions. The Senior Director will be the primary point of contact across the entire SDLC, overseeing Solutions Architects, Business Systems Analysts, Developers, SQA and Testing, and Application Support staff. Additionally, the Senior Director will have the role of Business Relationship Manager for all HR functions and senior HR business partners, aligning on business technology strategy, product roadmaps, and prioritization of new demand. Work across all IT functions to create and maintain holistic Application Support Models for all HR technology, and conduct Operational Performance Management reviews for the critical systems.
