<p>Facilitating LRS assessments and provide some guidance/direction in relation to LRS assessments.</p><p>Specifically:</p><p>1. Day to day operation of Legal Representation Service process according to Covance internal LRS SOP. Facilitate internal process for assessment and approval before Covance being able to act as a Legal Representative for a sponsor.</p><p>2. Scope is global. We cover legal representation services requests in all regions.</p><p>3. Involve interaction and coordination with various business stakeholders in the end to end process from receiving legal rep requests, check study information and scopes, communicate internal LRS requirements in the SOP, submit for internal multi functional teams' assessment, receive internal approval, follow up with study team to complete process. </p><p>4. Centrally tracking and documenting LRS requests, reviews, decisions, assessment checklists and supporting documents. Further develop tracker tool as needed. Update and Maintain LRS database.</p><p>5. Reporting on status of LRS within process. Tracking completion, cancellation or termination of LRS upon notification from study team</p><p>6.
