Responsibilities:

•Process and execute contracts (SOWs, CDAs, Equipment Evaluations, MSAs, etc. for Research and Development teams

•Ariba or SAP contracting process

•Track progress of open contracts on team spreadsheet

•Liaise with Legal/Procurement/Business/Vendor on the status of contracts, following up as needed

•Communicate with all levels of management succinctly and tactfully

•Triage contract requests that need to be handled by other groups

•Train on the contracting process using PowerPoint decks created with specific stakeholders in mind

Minimum Required Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field requiredPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 3 years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

3 years of related financial experience2 years of client relationship maintenance

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience with budget to actual analysisExcellent Excel experienceKnowledge of SAP and Ariba is desiredReconciliation experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is requiredAbility to communicate effectively with vendors, clients and all levels of staffWorking Conditions:
