About the Position:

This Associate HR Director- Business Partner role supports assigned business units by promoting, recommending and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives. Builds and maintains influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management and an employee advocate. Provides advice, oversees performance management, and resolves employee relations issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR integration (processes and systems) and strong project management background to deliver complex projects on time. Demonstrated record of building collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization with ability to influence stakeholders.

Develops and implements HR policies and programs encompassing all aspects of human resource management.

Partners with executive management teams to facilitate the delivery of HR services as appropriate.

Ensures that the organization's human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets.

Represents the organization in interactions with external parties in order to protect the organization's interests.

Acts as experts on human resources policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 12 years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex organizational structures and environmentsExpert knowledge of employment law regulations, principles, programs, trends and best practicesExcellent analytical and quantitative skillsAdvanced level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of dataAbility to work with ambiguity and complexityDemonstrates executive presence and strong consultation and presentation skillsStrong influencing skills at all levels of the organizationExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and handle pressure
