We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join our Pricing & Market Access Group (P&MA) in London, UK. The group is focused on developing payer and market access-focused communications as well as providing insights and strategic support to help inform the Market Access & pricing strategy of a product. A Manager provides leadership and direction to associates, consultants and senior consultants, actively managing employee performance and development. A Manager acts as a role model and provides or organizes coaching/mentoring and feedback to direct reports. A Manager provides a broad range of consulting services and develops a skilled team of individuals able to combine strategic thinking with clear, accurate, and concise communication.

Key accountabilities:Works within a team environment or individually based on the project needsWorks within broad project guidelines and facilitates issue and conflict resolutionPrioritizes own workload and project team workload in order to achieve project scope and objectivesRegularly communicates organizational vision and values to the staff ensuring effective two-way informationComplete activities and may delegate activities within project scope and objectives in a timely manner with understanding of issues which may impact project profitability, quality and client satisfactionActively prospects and leverages new business opportunities with senior client and industry contacts in collaboration with Account ManagementFrequently delivers sales presentations and participates in bid defense meetings when needed

QualificationsKey requirements:Documented people people-management experienceMultiple years of experience in life science industry (Pharma/Consultancy)Fluent EnglishMinimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific Discipline, Advanced Degree (MSc, PhD) preferredComputing skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular)High-level consulting skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsProject leadership and management knowledgeExcellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal
