This is a 6-month temporary position assisting the Talent Acquisition team. Under direct supervision, supports the Global Recruitment function. Provides daily technical support to multiple recruiters/ recruitment managers, including coordination of all phases of the interview process, such as scheduling/ confirming interviews with candidates and PPD management team, arranging travel (if applicable), reserving conference rooms/ appropriate equipment, creating/coordinating new hire packages, and managing new hire onboarding process. Minimum Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with exposure to administrative function, i.e. intern or part-time roleOr minimum of 2-4 years experience in an administrative or human resources capacityOr equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficient in a variety of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as a strong Internet skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to independently maintain continual communication with management and other internal teams for tracking of new hires, metrics, process flow, etcAbility to take initiative and be resourceful…finding answers for general HR relevant questions and ability to find resolution to issues that come up with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining a high standard of attention to detailProven strong documentation and tracking skillsAbility to handle confidential information effectivelyStrong customer focus skills with the ability to work with all levels of managementMust be a self starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamPPD is an affirmative actionemployer that values diversity as a strength and fosters an environment ofmutual respect.
