This is a 6-month temporary position assisting the Talent Acquisition team. Under direct supervision, supports the Global Recruitment function. Provides daily technical support to multiple recruiters/ recruitment managers, including coordination of all phases of the interview process, such as scheduling/ confirming interviews with candidates and PPD management team, arranging travel (if applicable), reserving conference rooms/ appropriate equipment, creating/coordinating new hire packages, and managing new hire onboarding process.
