Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Market Research Analystfor our Corporate Marketing group based out of Wilmington MA, the role is able to be remote for the right candidate. The Analyst will support market research studies and customer experience survey programs. The Analyst provides analytical suppoort and identifies market insights for all Charles River business units.

The following are responsibilities related to the Senior Market Research Analyst: Assist in the design and execution of market research studies and quantitative analyses using multiple data sources to assess market and competitive landscapes. Map and update the customer journeys across all channels and touchpoints from a customer perspective. Analyze and formulate ideas for improvement from the survey results received through the Medallia® survey platform. Establish research methodology and design formats for data gathering, such as surveys or interview questionnaires. Prepare reports and graphic illustrations of findings to present to relevant internal audiences. Create and design transactional surveys for all business lines at Charles River. Build and deliver strategic and actionable enterprise reporting to integrate Customer Experience (CX) KPIs into traditional business metrics Research external industry benchmarks to assess trends and develop actionable insights. Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Update and maintain the integrity of internal intelligence databases. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Senior Market Research Analystposition: Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in Business, Mathematics, Science, Marketing or related discipline. Experience: 2+ years’ of related experience in market research, customer surveys and data intelligence in a corporate environment. Other: Strong analytic and critical thinking skills. Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication abilities. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Deep understanding of Salesforce.com or similar CRM/CEM Self-directed, flexible, adaptable Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills
