Therapeutic Strategy Mgr

Responsibilities:

• Liaises with sales, medical, feasibility and operational teams to create effective and innovative delivery strategies (i.e., country/site, monitoring, and resourcing strategy, along with efficient budgeting) that are tailored to meet the customer’s needs during the Proposal Development / Bid Defense Meeting cycle (i.e., pre award)
• Ensures that project delivery teams understand the project strategy that was sold
• Post award supports the project delivery team when existing delivery strategy needs to be optimized

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, advanced degree preferred, with specialization in one or more therapeutic areas
• Minimum 6 years of global clinical research relevant experience, including hands on operational delivery and/or drug development experience
• Clinical project management and/ or startup experience will be preferred
• Proven track record in operational delivery and/or drug development
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work across different levels of stakeholder
