Logistics Coordinator - Central Labs

Responsibilities:

Assist in the Global oversite of the outsource kit vendors providing support to the Senior Manager for the proper distribution of kit production and order fulfillment ensuring supplies are processed in a timely manner.

The Logistics Coordinator ensures a high level of support, service, reliability, and availability to external kit vendors and internal departments. Assisting with monitoring workload and key performance indicator matrices as well as analyzes data to surface inefficiencies and provide solutions. Investigates and resolves process deviations with regards to kit vendor related issues.

Education and Experience:High School diploma or equivalent required and minimum of two years general logistics experience with clinical trials required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Excellent client and phone service skills• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and laboratory principal's pre-analytical, analytic and post-analytic influences on specimens and results Intermediate level of computer literacy• Accurate data entry skills• Superior analytical, interpersonal and time management skills• Excellent verbal communications and customer service skills in the English language - additional languages are an advantage• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support quality decision making• Proven negotiation and problem resolution skills• Maintains confidentiality of client protocols and study data
