In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary For Toxicologydivision. Evaluates the training required for each technician. Prepare and update the training records. Perform technical tasks linked to studies. Identify problems or potential problems and assist the appropriate personnel in establishing and implementing the appropriate solutions. Be a reference, an example and a leader for Animal Welfare, Health and Safety, Quality and attendance. Train the technical staff in order to meet the quality and proficiency standards. Accomplish technical activities while following the instructions of the study plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and in compliance with the Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Ensure the follow-up of the various changes brought to the procedures and the methods of work. Participate in process improvement efforts. Make sure of the understanding and the application of these changes by the technical staff. Ensure good communication with the supervisors of the different departments during and after completion of the employees training. Show flexibility in regards to the nature of the work to respond to the needs of his/her group and all other groups within the division. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Possess a DEC in the following disciplines: Animal Health Inventory and biological research Animal Production Biotechnology Bioecology Natural environment Or equivalent

Bilinguisma asset.

Show flexibility in regard to the nature of the work to respond to the needs of his/her group and all other groups within the division.
