Test & Trace Contact Advisor

We are looking for flexible and adaptable individuals to work full time (37 hours).  Within these hours there will also be evening and weekend work required.

All relevant training will be provided.

As a Test & Trace Contact Advisor at IQVIA you need to be/have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Work autonomously and confidently in a field based setting
• Strong IT skills and a high level of accuracy in reporting / data capture 
• Bring a friendly and professional approach
• Previous Customer service experience preferred
• A confident driver with full UK driving licence (maximum 6 pts)
• Eligible to work full time in the UK  
• Flexible and able to work some weekends and evenings
