Recruiting Coordinator

This role focuses on achieving staffing objectives by sourcing, recruiting and interviewing job candidates and select top talent to present to clients.  Position Responsibilities include: • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
• Attract applicants by posting job advertisements using newsgroups, social media and job sites.
• Build and maintain a referral network.
• Evaluates applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates.
• Conduct pre-screen phone interviews.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
• Communicate effective recruitment strategies and constantly developing and improving upon ‘best practices’ while providing accurate and thorough documentation on contract employees through applicant tracking software.
• Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
• Report to Associate Director of Operations with weekly updates.
