The Identity Governance and Administration team, within the Information Security Office, provides subject matter expertise, and associated security services to business divisions across the enterprise. As a member of the Identity Governance Engagement team the Senior Identity Analyst (SIA) has a firm understanding of business requirements elicitation and is a strong communicator. Possessing the ability to quickly comprehend business needs, the SIA will translate those needs into requirements, is able to identify integration challenges, and develops plans of action to assure Identity and Access Management minimum requirements are met. The ideal candidate possesses the skill to "speak" both technical and business languages, and will work closely with the business line, and with development and test teams to integrate applications into our Identity Governance system for User Entitlement Reviews, making certain proper access governance is achieved. The SIA is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the requirements throughout the engagement life cycle.

Primary responsibilities include: Collaborating with key stakeholders and other available resources, facilitating discussions, analyzing and evaluating options and providing recommended course of action to remain compliant, meeting both policy and integration requirements Conducting business needs and functional/non-functional requirements elicitation and completing functional requirements documentation through the full sign-off process for integration, as well as future maintenance requirementsEnsuring requirement adhere to policy minimum requirements and guidelines, and managing impacts and changes through the full sign-off process for integration and maintenance requirements Ability to work in an area that is rapidly growing, and changing, ensuring directionality of organization needs are being met, while occasionally identifying, and incrementing our engagement modelManaging all tasks assigned within scope, quality and time-frame allocated and be accountable for those tasks Proactively identifying and recording risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions in accordance with policy and process standards Agreeing on escalation level with Management, then managing those risks through to resolution, including the required evidence QualificationsQualifications Required Skills/Experience: 5 or more years of previous experience as a Business Analyst (including requirements elicitation)Previous experience in an Identity and Access Management organization requiredPrior work in value stream mapping or Lean Six Sigma is a plusFlexibility to work on a variety of initiativesAbility to manage time while working on a variety of initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration and influencing skills Strong familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle processes such as Agile Competent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word Knowledge and understanding of Active Directory group management Experience gathering requirements for full end-to end automation Experience working for Single Sign-On Efforts (SSO) with OKTA or similar platforms Microfocus NetIQ experience is desirable but not essential Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials: Bachelor's Degree requiredIndustry standard certification like CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc. a plusEEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
