Basic Summary We are seeking a Team Leader, Sample Processing Storage Management for our Biologics Testing Solutions site located in Malvern, PA.

Responsible for supervising all activities related to long-term sample and cell bank storage.  Serve as the primary/lead and accountable individual, while performing a wide variety of tasks in sample processing and inventory management for all long-term storage agreements with external clients.  Oversee all process activities related to long-term storage including receipt and storage, distribution and shipment, and client support and correspondence. 

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for the Long-Term Storage Program. Coordinate and supervise all daily activities related to the Long-Term Storage Program from receipt to storage, storage to testing, storage to shipment, while also, maintaining the accuracy of data and the physical integrity of the materials. Responsible for the process execution of sample storage, database management to ensure accuracy and completeness, and related follow-ups to maintain all documentation. This includes and is not limited to LIMS, Sample Pro, LT Storage Folders, LT Storage Excel file, Cell Bank files, Storage Quotes and Storage Letters. Conduct cycle inventories (quarterly rotation of client materials) to ensure accuracy of all records and documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in a life science or related discipline and / or business with supply chain focus. Two to four years of relevant laboratory/GMP/GLP experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Knowledge of cGMPs or regulatory affairs pertaining to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries is required.
