Job Description Summary
Support local HR talent development operations activities and projects that impact organizational and business unit effectiveness. Provide support on organization and talent development matters.

Essential Functions
• Participate in organization local effectiveness initiatives and support HR Operations & Talent Development assigned projects and outcomes.
• Support and assist in organizational needs assessments within and across the Argentina business lines. Support executive and work group assessments. Assist with initiatives associated with cultural change and/or change management.
• Assist in the implementation of employee engagement survey action plans within assigned business units and region.
• Assist with employee Performance Management & Performance Improvement Plans
• Provide support to managers regarding employee discussions on performance management and career development.
• Act as Learning advisor providing IQVIA learning tools guidance
• Performs other duties as subject matter expert in Culture, Values and Compliance

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business Management
• 3 years of related experience Or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• English: advanced.
• Knowledge and experience of organizational assessment, design and delivery principles and methods
• Good listening and diagnostic skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, HRIS applications and Learning Management Systems (Workday experience is a plus)
• Good attention to detail,
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal, project management, organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and regional HR coworkers, COE´s & HRProject Leaders, local managers and internal clients.
o Ability to work in a FIX TERM Contract for an estimated period of 12 months.
o Position will be based remotely until the end of the social distance period due to COVID, after that will be based at our local office in Retiro, Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
o Full time.
