This Medical Writing role sits within ICON Early Phase Scientific Services

The position of Medical Writer II has all the responsibilities of a Medical Writer I as well as writing at a higher level, greater project and client responsibility, and increased knowledge of the Company's editorial organization.Primary editorial oversight for selected projects and an ability to function at a greater level of responsibility and autonomy on those projects. Travel to professional meetings, client locations, and other project related travel is required.The individual in this role will need to be an experienced medical writer with experience in writing protocols and CSRs for early phase trials with speed and adhering to the highest standards of quality. Must display leadership at an individual contributor level, managing complex projects with adequate planning, efficient execution and clean finish. RequirementsExperience in writing protocols and CSRsIndustry experience and knowledgeLife science degreeFluent written and spoken English
