We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and help support IQVIA’s continued growth in our technology and data science business areas.

The primary focus of the role will be to identify, attract and hire the markets most talented and driven candidates for your business area.  The focus will be to support the recruitment needs of your specific business area. Partnering with senior business leaders to form a more proactive, pipeline driven way of recruitment is key. You will bring methods of direct sourcing/headhunting as well as experience of managing and setting realistic expectations with your business.

Over the course of the past 3 years we have invested heavily in expanding our TA function, investing in new technologies (CRM’s, ATS’, Sourcing platforms, Talent Intelligence tools etc) and will continue to invest in areas that will help support you in your role.

This is a highly successful part of IQVIA’s business with ambitious growth targets. If you want to play a key role in achieving the hiring goals - for this year and next - with proactive recruitment across a fast moving, growing business unit, then this is the role for you!

A typical day might include:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to source, select and hire qualified candidates using cost-effective techniques.
  • Creating engaging job postings and distributing across various internal and external channels including Workday, LinkedIn, and other key job boards.
  • Providing support throughout all stages of the application and hiring process.
  • Review applications and conduct effective interviews with potential candidates.
  • Advise managers throughout the offer process, including closing the candidate.
  • Manage positive partnerships with key suppliers, such as recruitment agencies.
  • With guidance, provide coaching and counselling to functional business leaders and hiring managers to effectively support staffing goals.
  • Advising and influencing internal stakeholders on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required.
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and demands that may impact the company’s ability to attract the right caliber of candidate and work with the business to provide solutions.
  • Project Management – We continue to develop our TA function and expect team members to be involved in global and regional projects that will help accelerate the growth in TA. These projects could be anything from ERP promotions, Talent Intelligence reporting, Branding, Alumni networking, technology testing, LEAN/Kaizen events, careers events to name but a few.

Our ideal candidate:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of direct sourcing methodologies – LinkedIn Recruiter, Technology sourcing platforms, Boolean searches.
  • Ability to manage and source on multiple requisitions – hiring between 40-60 hires per annum
  • A combination of agency and hands-on internal recruitment experience that includes supporting large global organizations with the full talent acquisition life cycle.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience at a mid/senior level with the ability to influence, and confidence to positively challenge existing thinking.
  • Ability to use data to educate hiring managers, business unit owners on talent pools, time to hire, market challenges, compensation insights.
  • Proactive communicator – Vital to be out in front of any challenges.
  • Brand evangelist – Proven experience of increasing awareness of previous employers brand(s).
  • Team Player – Whilst you will be focused on managing your area of the business it’s imperative to the team’s success that you are able and keen to collaborate across multiple TA teams in EMEA and globally/
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems is essential – ideally Workday.
  • Fluent English language skills will be essential.
