PPD is hosting a virtual hiring event for experienced clinical team managers (CTMs) on Wednesday, 18 November 2020! If you have a minimum of five years' clinical trials experience, in addition to study manager, lead CRA or study lead experience, we want to hear from you!

Engage with our leaders in clinical team management to learn about the benefits of working for PPD as a CTM across our specialized therapeutic units: Vaccines, Neurology, Infectious and Respiratory Diseases, Hematology and Oncology, General Medicine and Critical Care.

We have seen an exciting year of growth through our long-standing client partnerships, with particularly strong engagement in COVID-19 studies. We are experiencing continued demand for clinical talent to support our work. One of our largest hiring demands is a therapeutically diverse pool of experienced CTMs.

On the day of the event, join a morning kickoff session at 10:00 AM EST with senior director of clinical team management, Carrie Casey, to hear all about the organization, strategy and goals of this business unit. Following the kickoff session, virtual interviews scheduled by invitation only will be conducted throughout the day.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5 years).Clinical research experience in all phases of study life cycle, including start up, interim and close out.Ability and willingness to cross-region and in region travel according to the project needs (about 15-20% annually).Monitoring experience is ideal.In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
