The Product Manager (PM) CTS&L is an experienced strategic Business Professional who takes ownership & leadership on innovations led or supported by CTS&L assuring alignment across PAREXEL SBUs. The PM will follow the Product Lifecycle Management process which includes ongoing market evaluation determining which opportunities to pursue, prioritizing features, keeping track of competitors, launching new products, and keeping in touch with prospects, clients, key opinion leaders and internal customers to identify new feature and new product needsQualificationsSkills:

Knowledge and Experience:

• Expert pharmaceutical or clinical trial supplies experience.

• Demonstrated ability to lead a global team to motivate indirect reports.

• Knowledge of clinical supply chain regulatory and compliance requirements

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management process, market analysis and client needs.

• Solid financial management (building a business case and ongoing CAPEX/OPEX

management) skills.

• Previous direct experience in product management and ability to develop creative solution

Education:

• Educated to B.A. / B.S. or Master degree, or equivalent (e.g. Pharm. D.), in biology, pharmacy,

or other health-related discipline, business administration or logistics
