Clinical Data Mgt Group Leader

DOCS have a new exciting opportunity and are looking for talent to join our team.

The role can be based remotely anywhere in Europe.

Job Responsibilities:Responsible and accountable for providing line management leadership to data management technical teams (Rave, SDTM & SAS) within DOCS FSP.Ensure team deliverables are met to the expected quality within agreed timelines.Mentor / develop FSEs under the guidance of Manager / Sr. Manager or designee.Support DOCS Operations activities including Employee Onboarding, FSE Management, Freelancer Management & Invoice Management under minimal supervision.

Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of team management experienceRelevant Clinical Data Management technical experience.Supervisory experience including project management, resource planning, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, career development and training.Proven leadership skillsAbility and willingness to travel as required, up to 10%.
