Finance Director

For our Warsaw office, we are currently searching for:

Finance Director

Responsibilites:

• Budgeting, forecasting and leading the whole Finance team (Accounting, Contract Administration etc.)
• Cooperation with local auditor on annual closing and reporting of financial year
• IC billings
• Close cooperation with the team in Shared Service Centre
• Analysis of projects and department profitability
• Cross functional cooperation with HR, Sales Ops and other business areas
• Preparation of monthly reporting required by corporate and any other ad hoc reports / analysis
• Identification of possible savings and cost effectiveness initiatives Managing collectability: preparation of overdues reports, monitoring of AR ageing.
  

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance or other finance related areas
• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management
• ACCA, CIMA, KIBR or other professional financial certification preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus
• Proven record of results working with senior management in a consultative business approach
• Strong project management skills and the ability to translate business issues into financial requirements
• Ability to influence outcomes
• Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential
• High level of integrity and self-confidence
• Very good knowledge of  in English and Polish languages
