Team Lead/Tech architect

Job Overview
This position is responsible for building and supporting features and platform services to support development of the Information Management IDP (Integrated Data Platform) and MDM Next Generation platform.
Essential Technical Skill
•    Technical lead (hands on) responsible for technical solutions design and development of our SaaS Data Warehousing and MDM  Product offerings
•    Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to technical team 
•    Be a thought leader and organization change agent who can drive a technology step change by enabling business while simplifying the data environment and improving speed of delivery 
•    Enable a high performing team with a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and focus on business outcomes
•    Partner with Data & Solution Architects to ensure solutions are aligned with overall Data Strategy and Architecture practices
•    Plan and monitor the overall operational activities of a Development team. 
•    Identify and communicate critical issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions 
•    Lead with a mindset of continuous improvement
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field - Computer Science, Math, or comparable field Req Or
    • Master's Degree  Pref
    • 12+ years prior related experience in software development with 3 years experience of managing technical team 
    • Ability to review code and guide technical team by defining good clean code practices 
    • History of successfully designing and technical architecting system components
    • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Technical/functional expertise
