Job Overview:
Our Kit production unit is looking to hire a Process & Support lead to join our growing team based in Mechelen.
The process and support lead will provide support and review processes within operations and acts as a technical and operational resource to those in the department. They will be responsible for driving operational service excellence by establishing and continuously improving upon global standards in operations, Process, Training and mentoring and tools. The role is responsible for understanding the healthcare and central lab industry and trends to translate current and future operations competency needs and deliver a strategy to ensure Signature Client Service through best in class operations management. In addition, the Process and Support leader is responsible for analytical support for the Operations team including but not limited to: Metric dashboards, process enhancements, various projects assigned to them, cost savings.
The main responsabilities are : Responsible for leading process improvement initiatives Responsible for supporting and driving a Metric Driven Culture (Trending of metrics and provide solutions to gain momentum) Provides information, analysis and reports on various special projects and on-going projects as directed by the departmental manager. Demonstrate the ability to give clear and accurate instructions to the staff Demonstrate the ability to multi task Interfaces with Project and Program management, Process Excellence, Data management, Operations, QA, IT Data Services and Resource management teams to support the business Responsible for working across boundaries, leveraging common technology platforms, process training when possible while ensuring specific CCLS operations needs are met Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively. Organize meetings with others to discuss pending issues as well to prioritize any critical task Demonstrates flexibility by doing other duties as assigned Supports departmental staff Education/Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma Experience:
Minimum of 2 year applicable work experience
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Dynamic attitude and ability to work under pressure
Ability to take on challenges
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to influence others
Attention to detail.
