Overview of position:

In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers with internal and external communication. The Imaging Operation Lead coordinates the worldwide team effort of executing the technical and clinical functions required by the study protocol while leading the study team to facilitate study completion and meet quality and timelines. You will be a part of the Medical Imaging team within Parexel Informatics and will work closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, Imaging Research Staff and many more!

Key Accountabilities:

Project Management Tasks: Assists in leading the team to meet client deliverables on time and within budget. Develops reports for management and clients, alerts the Project Manager of resourcing or timeline issues, ensures team members are trained on imaging protocol. Supports the Project Manager in conducting the kick-off meeting and other study team meetings with internal and external study team members.Monitoring Tasks: Monitoring defined timelines and study status, creating and checking study reports. Serves as a point of escalation and provides work direction and support to team members through answering site queries and requests.Communication Management: Assists with the delegation of project work and interface with clients, 3rd party providers and/or consultants in the Project Manager’s absenceData Management Tasks: Create data change requests, compare information within databases and support Project Managers.QualificationsQualifications:

Our ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and organization skills. This position requires you to manage your time efficiently due to the multiple requests and tasks simultaneously occurring. In addition to this, our ideal candidate is proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and basic database applications. Bachelor’s Degree in a biological science, health science, technology, pharmacy or equivalent work experience required.
