Lifecycle Safety Endpoint Adjudication Systems SME (Home-based)

The role of the CEVA Systems Subject Matter Expert is critical to the day to day as well as strategic management of End Point Adjudication Systems for the IQVIA CEVA business. The CEVA Systems SME serves as a vital bridge between the needs of the CEVA business and the delivery systems that comprise the CEVA technology stack. This technology stack includes commercially available systems such as AG Mednet Judi as well as the IBM Clinical Development Endpoint Adjudication module.

To this end, a key responsibility of the Systems SME will be to maintain oversight over all aspects of Argus configuration, setup, UAT, documentation as well as the application platform. The SME will be expected to have deep hands on experience and knowledge of all aspects of EAS setup, workflow and reporting. Additionally, the SME will be intimately familiar with the Endpoint Adjudication clinical domain in order to guide and lead the CEVA business in leveraging platform capabilities. The SME should be able to effectively understand business, regulatory and functional requirements and translate those requirements into system capabilities.

As a technical expert the SME will be expected to communicate and represent their domain of expertise to our customers as well as lead and mentor internal technical and operational teams. Similarly, the CEVA Systems SME will be a key contributor to the CEVA RFP process in order to facilitate growth for the CEVA business. The SME will also be expected to liaise and interface with both internal and external technical delivery teams in order to meet customer as well as roadmap deliverables. The SME will be a critical participant in maintaining system compliance and audit readiness as well as defending all aspects of the EAS system platforms in audits and inspections.
