We are seeking an experienced Technology & Market Development Manager II – Consumer Care for our Microbial Solutions Team in North America. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere within the U.S. or Canada.

The Technology & Market Development Manager II will work closely with Microbial Solutions Consumer Care Account Managers to achieve defined business targets and to work cohesively as a team to provide excellence in service to clients. This is an ideal opportunity for microbiological QC lab managers and experienced microbiological QC scientists as well as for successful Account Managers with a keen interest in technology & market development.

The following are the responsibilities related to the Senior Technologist & Development Manager:

Deliver high level industry and product expertise and convey technical leadership and direction. Analyze the strategies of our key accounts and help prepare and deliver insightful presentations. Partner with Product Management & Strategic Marketing teams to support market analysis, product development, and training. The Technology & Market Development Manager II should be able to think strategically and outside the box. Furthermore, you should be highly self-motivated, an impact player - who takes pride in being our Portfolio Champion. Job Qualifications

The following are minimum requirements related to the Technology & Market Development Manager II position:

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in scientific field (microbiology or related discipline). Minimum 8 years’ of relevant industry experience (Consumer Care); or an equivalent combination of education & experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the experience listed.
