The primary role of the Senior Solutions Associate Director is to review recommend, develop and implement scientific data-enabled patient sensor solutions for SDO internal and external customers in order to meet client research objectives. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary project team, consisting of scientific leads, SDO internal clients, SDO data stewards and technologists, Parexel and client therapeutic area and medical experts, biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and medical informaticists, to leverage the use of patient sensor (PS) data and facilitate diverse study designs and requirements which require the inclusion of sensor captured data. The role will support operational delivery model and data flow development.

General areas of responsibility: Oversight of patient sensors solution development and project start-up, implementation and closeout. This includes provision of patient sensors (PS) deliverables in accordance with contractual requirements, governing SOPs / regulations, and data / quality standards. Partner with internal clients, SDO data stewards, technologists, medical, and statistics to evaluate and document sensor evaluation for potential sensor use. Knowledge and Experience: Extensive technology or data-oriented clinical research experience in both interventional and observational study contexts with some global project management experience Good understanding of scientific data application across the clinical research spectrum, , study delivery processes, technology selections and project team resource configurations Proven ability to efficiently and effectively assemble a multi-disciplinary team capable of creating and delivering innovative patient sensor solutions in support of meeting Sponsor requirements Demonstrated ability to apply a multitude of different technologies to support and / or overcome clinical research challenges inherent in any given study design Ability to form strong partnerships with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders within Parexel’s Scientific Data, Commercial and Operational organizations Highly effective in eliciting Sponsor/client confidence and trust in Parexel solutions and services Working knowledge of technology environments, data applications (sensors/wearables, clinical system integrations, logistics, etc.), data flows, data security, and associated patient privacy/consent provisions Familiarity with data and privacy regulation and policy around the world which impacts the utilization of patient sensor data across the clinical research spectrum

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
