LC developed 100 new tests in 2020 with the same output of first in class, best in class diagnostics planned for 2021.</div> <div style="font-size: 4.0px;"></div> <div>The Sales Manager will build and lead a staff of 9+ employees and will be based in Columbus, OH.</div> <div style="font-size: 4.0px;"></div> <div>Responsibilities include Managing, Training, Coaching and Mentoring the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Team in order to deliver incremental business and serve as a force multiplier to the commercial organization. Additional duties will include developing and deploying campaigns, presenting quarterly reviews and forecast to divisional leadership, and working with the divisional sales leadership to drive growth in the division.</div> <div style="font-size: 4.0px;"></div> <div>Job Duties/Responsibilities<br />* Build/Hire and manage a team of 9 inside sales representatives with the potential to expand the team in future years<br />* Oversee various campaigns and initiatives to promote sales growth<br />* Hire and train inside sales representatives to ensure they are successful<br />* Ensure service levels are being maintained for assigned client base<br />* Deliver and achieve sales growth numbers and budget for department<br />* Review the metrics of the inside sales representatives on a regular basis<br />* Monitor and measure rep performance and conduct performance discussions and address any performance related issues as warranted<br />* Work with other divisional sales leaders to develop regional/geographical growth strategies<br />* Provide leadership with consistent updates for sales campaign results<br />* Ensure service levels are being maintained for assigned client base<br />* Address any client related issues in a timely and efficient manner<br />* Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients when needed<br />* Partner with the outside sales management to promote sales growth<br />* Communicate with client base on a regular basis to maintain service levels</div>
