In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";">The schedule for this position will vary Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm and Saturdays as scheduled.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><strong>Job Duties/Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Provide coverage and travel to various sites to perform phlebotomy job duties</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Assist in the supervision of a team of phlebotomists covering multiple Patient Service Centers & client sites</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Observe new employee performance and report observations to the supervisor</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Perform site inspections on a regular basis and accurately report all findings</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Provide continuous training to phlebotomy staff as directed</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Complete new hire and annual competency assessments when necessary</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Address any customer service related issues in a prompt and respectful manner</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Review daily/weekly schedule with supervisor and making schedule adjustments as needed</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Promote team work, cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkers</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span>Perform all duties of a phlebotomist and site coordinator as needed</span></li> </ul> </div><p><span style="font-size: 8.0pt;font-family: "lucida sans";"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><div> <p style="margin-left: 0.5in;"><em>This site requires workers to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
