Job Summary We are seeking an Client Alliance Coordinator for our Insourcing Solutions Department based at our CRADL facility in  Cambridge, MA.

Co ordinates client alliance services spanning the entire customer experience for all CRADL sites including but not limited to customer on-boarding, key performance indicator (KPIs) tracking, assistance with governance meetings, and innovating ideas for new CRADL service offerings based on customer feedback. Work with CRADL staff to ensure quality customer service is provided throughout all parts of the CRADL business across multiple sites.

The following are responsibilities relate to the Client Alliance Coordinator: Manage and perform client onboarding after a fully executed Agreements to include IACUC protocol processing, Charles River Campus enrollment, security and badge access, facility tours/lab logistics and on-site orientation. Track metrics on timing of the on-boarding process and suggest improvements for efficiency to Senior Manager. Monitor and update all documents related to on-boarding or client programs as needed. Survey and/or meet with customers to gain feedback and track client satisfaction. Collaborate with CRADL operations team to assist in resolving client issues. Maintain various information systems and data related to client interactions and touch points with Client Alliance team.  Facilitate client educational events such as webinars or onsite seminars in partnership with either internal CRL departments or external industry partners. Participate in the development and implementation of CRADL organization Client Business Operating Processes (BOPs). Perform the alliance management aspect of CRADL ensuring Agreement compliance for both CRL and the customer

  Job Qualifications

The following are minimum qualifications related to the position Client Alliance Coordinator: Education: Associate’s Degree (A.A./A.S.) in Animal or laboratory Science, Business, project Management or client service-related field.  Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./ B.S) preferred. Experience: Two years of experience in customer service. Experience in a contract research and/or pharmaceutical setting strongly preferred.. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Certification/Licensure:  AALAS certification at the Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (LAT) level preferred. Other: Ability to perform independently with a minimum of direct supervision, able to handle multiple tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality of client records. Ability to effectively follow verbal and written instructions and exhibit interpersonal skills that are conducive to effective communication and that contribute to a congenial work environment. Maintain positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner with coworkers, research staff, and managers. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office, word processing and database record keeping required.
