  Job Summary This is a Sr. Integration DevOps engineering position utilizing Cloud technologies, data and event integrations, and designing innovative integration solutions.  Working across multiple business units and IT, supporting and mentoring agile engineering teams advising on best practices in cloud application infrastructure.

 

Duties and Responsibilities  

•This position will serve on a high-performing team responsible for enterprise integration infrastructure components and technologies focusing integrations across multiple cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud-based API management systems in support of multiple applications across many business segments.

•Assist with building a Center of Excellence around Azure and AWS Integration platform production operations

•Implement and standardize infrastructure as code integration strategies in support of CI/CD pipelines

•Enable developers with automation of deployments and testing frameworks

•Document, implement and audit security and access permissions for the integration platform

•Follow and implement CI/CD and data pipelines for Azure and AWS integration platforms

•Monitor integration pipeline performance to meet SLAs

•Create and standardize user communications for operations failures

•Implement segregation of duties for development versus operations in different cloud integration platforms

•Partner with InfoSec and DevOps core team to align with their framework

•Partner with business and technical teams to provide guidance on integrations related to cloud migrations

•Learn about existing integration platforms and implement enhancements for operations and migrations to the cloud. Job Qualifications Education:

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, Master's Degree preferred 

 

Experience (essential):

•Minimum of 7 years related experience in Data, API and DevOps Engineering (Infrastructure as Code)

•Minimum 5 years Azure Cloud or Amazon AWS experience, including (but not limited to) CI/CD pipelines, data streaming, Terraform, API Management

•Experience in GitHub branching strategy for Dev, test, Production, Hotfix environments

•Experience working with Agile squads

•Experience working with Legacy API migration

•An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

 

Experience (preferred):

•Multicloud or Hybrid Infrastructures 

•Data Streaming, API Management, Governance

•Cloud cost control, security and monitoring

•Support Agile teams in establishing internal, external, and partner integrations

•Minimum of 5 years integration administration and configuration (API Management)

•Experience in API design, development, and general performance tuning

•Cross team experience in working with Architecture, Data, Engineering, and Security teams

•Experience in Dev Sec Ops
