Associate Knowledge Specialist (Remote Based)

The Associate Knowledge Specialist contributes to PPD's Enterprise knowledge management hub utilized by our internal proposals and sales teams including stakeholders across commercial organization. Supports the activities required to develop processes and systems to ensure text, graphics, and data accurately differentiate PPD.

Responsibilities: Supports comprehensive knowledge management strategy and roadmap that aligns with company priorities. Working with department team, helps curate BU specific content from internal systems and content sources to populate and continuously update the central knowledge management hub. Collaborates with proposal development and RFI teams and members to identify content requirements and drives adoption of library through regular team updates with help of Central Knowledge Manager. Contributes to the development and editing of compelling, client-ready text, data repositories, and graphics to strategically differentiate PPD to our clients. Effectively engages with lower level internal stakeholders to maintain and refresh content. Provides day to day end user technical support. Supports BU user trainings in collaboration with Sales Training Review existing content for completeness and quality and addresses gaps with the appropriate Central Knowledge Manager and/or SME. Deliver key communications to BU channels to disseminate critical library information (e.g. new content) and effectively receive new user requirements. Oversees adherence to folder structure, content and naming across BUs. Identify and addresses incomplete/empty folders with the appropriate contacts including Centra Knowledge Manager. Escalates low adherence to content usage policies to the appropriate functional leader.

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).

Critical thinking skills and ability to overcome challenges Good planning, organizational and project management skills Excellent attention to detail Demonstrated ability to achieve visual transition of text into graphics, charts or diagrams Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with a quality product Proven business maturity and professionalism Excellent use of the Microsoft Office Suite
