Responsibilities

  • Developing automated reports and dashboards ensuring real time visibility into KPIs to monitor program and operational performance
  • Building expertise in cross-platform applications of IQVIA technical assets
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining technical tagging and requirements for web properties, using tag management tools to ensure KPIs are tracked

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient ability to analyze metrics and information; identifying actionable insights from the data, ensuring marketing strategies and operations are data driven
  • Strong, technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications, MS Power BI suite a plus.
  • Ability to manage and analyze data from multiple platforms, creating visualizations for different audiences and stakeholders
  • Strong sense for trouble-shooting and identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Proven knowledge of statistical methodologies for interpreting data.
  • Experience in conducting A/B split test projects.

Desirable Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with a visualization solution tool such as Spotfire, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • Experience with web analytics tools and applications like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with online marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Prior experience with database querying with Salesforce, SQL and/or NOSQL databases
  • Ability to problem solve and develop innovative approaches along with a drive to learn and master new techniques and technologies
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, Oracle, SQL and/or SAS to manipulate data and build models
