Senior Consultant, Incentive Compensation, Field Force Operations

Role Summary
Responsible for the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of on-time and on-budget IC programs for clients in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries by combining software implementation, business analytics, and IC domain knowledge. The ideal candidate also develops strong relationships with peers and executives on the client side. Senior Consultants are expected to lead small to mid-size engagements with minimal supervision.

Role Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration; Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analysis, or Business Administration preferred
- 5+ years’ experience working in a consultative role with clients in the following areas:
-    Implementation and management of enterprise IC applications such as Callidus, IBM Incentive Compensation Management (formerly Varicent), Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC), and Xactly
-    Utilizing data transformation tools to manipulate large data sets for IC plan design and management
-    Leveraging business intelligence tools for building IC reports and dashboards 
-    Building complex analytical simulation models for IC Plan design engagements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to present to high level client stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
- Strong capability in managing projects and juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high quality outcomes 
- Experience of working in multi-disciplined teams including on and offshore team members
- Ability to lead a team and mentor younger professionals 
- Ability to leverage consultative skills in high stakes conversations with clients up to the Vice President level 
- Very strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and MS Project skills
- Knowledge and experience with Agile implementation methodology
- Knowledge and experience in Pharmaceutical commercial operations preferred

Responsibilities: 
- Lead all aspects of IC projects including IC plan Design, Software Implementation and Ongoing Management to a successful outcome
- Supervise, evaluate, and mentor Analysts, and Consultants,
- Participate in the delivery of training to clients and team members
- Develop a strong working relationship with mid/senior level client staff 
- Lead client meetings and presentations 
- Facilitate workshops with clients 
- Conduct interviews with clients 
- Identify, escalate, and propose solutions to issues to appropriate authority 
- Develop and present progress reports 
- Assist IQVIA by contributing to white papers and speaking at conferences 
- Providing direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams. Direct consulting teams through consistent participation in team meetings. 
- Ensuring clear communication throughout projects and amongst team 
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
