In this role you will essentially be taking requests from individuals, to look into our database and determine how to answer those questions based on the data we have.  You will also be working on a new database, so if you have experience in working in big data and are analytical with strong excel experience, then this could be the role for you!</span></p><p aria-hidden="true" style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p aria-hidden="true" style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Duties - </span></p><ul><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Supports the continuous maintenance of and enhancements to the company’s experience data by using all tools available (e.g., internal databases, external libraries) to complete missing and correct/adjust existing information, under supervision</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Supports updates to the company’s experience data repository (e.g., by uploading new and/or adjusted data on SharePoint platform), under supervision</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Supports the entire Enterprise Client Solutions organization by addressing low complexity requests for staff experience, company experience and headcount data, as assigned by management. Reviews and analyzes requests to ensure the request is clear. Follows up with appropriate contact for additional information as required.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Assists with updates to internal and client-ready presentations of staff experience, company experience, and headcount data</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Contributes to Qvidian content library by submitting new content or updates to existing content, using the official content submission process</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Provides administrative support to the Proposal Management team (e.g. standard department report generation, data/document compilation, etc.).</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">May (based on business unit expectation) support Sharepoint administrator in providing access or location of files in Sharepoint</span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Shadow colleagues on opportunities of high complexity for learning opportunities, and may support those opportunities </span></li><li style="margin-left: .75in;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent work experience</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><h2>Experience:</h2><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Understanding of clinical terminology (e.g., understanding therapeutic areas and indications) is preferred</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;
