Job Overview
Provides expertise and systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions.

Essential Functions
• Work with stakeholder to prioritize business and information needs
• Acquire data by using complex SQL queries
• Participating in data architecture and engineering decision-making to support healthcare analytics
• Create Complex Information Links to pull the data from multiple data sources.
• Investigating data visualization and summarization techniques for conveying key findings
• Building cross table, Bar chart, Heat map and complex reports which involves Property Control, Custom Expressions and TIBCO® Enterprise Runtime for R
• Interpreting mock-ups and providing feedback for betterment
• Slicing and dicing data using hierarchy nodes
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and build the visualization using Spotfire
• Creating visualization reports using Information Link, iron python script, HTML text area
• Used R as an ETL Tool for migrating data from one database to another Database
• Participating in requirements discussions with clients/client facing units
• Leading a team of Spotfire resources to fulfil the objectivity of client requirements
• Creating graphical Spotfire Dashboards or Reports Using Tibco Spotfire Professional
• Writing functions to integrate and enable the data for reporting

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Req
• Five (5) years systems analysis experience Req
• Good documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Prioritizing the requirements with an ability to do multi-tasking under tight and conflicting deadlines
• Coding a solution using a programming R, MATLAB and Excel VBA
• Expert in Writing SQL Queries on various data bases
• Ability to translate the business requirements into technology deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills to work with US based teams
• Well versed with R programming for overcoming Spotfire limitations
• R Programming, Teradata, HP Quality Centre 11.0, SAS Enterprise Guide 6.1, oracle, SQL Server.
• Experience in Analysis, Design and Development in the field of Database and implementation of Business Intelligence applications
• Knowledge in data warehousing
• Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third 
party software and internal operational applications, 
etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products
• Demonstrated ability to understand client 
requirements as well as underlying infrastructure 
applications, systems and processes to enable 
execution of those skills.
• Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current 
Systems.
