Within a face-to-face, continuous learning environment, Project Coordinators (PC) are the right hand support to the Project Lead.   </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> </span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Senior Project Coordinator performs the essential duties with <span style="color: black;">minimal guidance and support from the Labcorp Drug Development web of support that includes, but is not limited to, the Project Lead(s), Line Manager, mentor, and subject matter experts. Able to lead portions of a project from start up to close out. The Senior Project Coordinator mentors other PM Academy PCs in multiple areas of expertise.</span></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="color: black;">Preference for this role:</span></span></p><ul><li><span style="color: #404040; font-size: 12pt;">Located on the west coast </span></li><li><span style="color: #404040; font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in any of the following languages:  Mandarin, Korean, Japanese</span></li><li><span style="color: #404040; font-size: 12pt;">Willing to respect and adapt to the business culture in China, Korea and Japan</span></li><li><span style="color: #404040; font-size: 12pt;">Must be able to work AsiaPac hours in entirety</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Required:</span></h2><ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">University/college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession (i.e. nursing, medical or laboratory technology) from appropriately accredited institution. </span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum </span><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Qualifications </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Required:</span></h2><ul><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">3-4 years of relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP including international regulatory requirements for the conduct of clinical development programs.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access and Power Point).</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to develop accurate study related documents with minimal supervision.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Good verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to mentor junior staff.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritizes workload for self.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multi-tasks.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Ability to work with financial information.</span></li><li style="margin-left: .25in;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Basic knowledge of project management processes.</span></li></ul>
