Manager, Latin America Human Resources

Parexel values passion, global perspective and expertise and we are in the process of recruiting a bi-lingual (English and Spanish) Manager, Human Resources to work home based in Argentina. This is a unique opportunity for a Human Resources professional to grow their career and expertise.

As Manager, Human Resources you will lead and manage a team of regional HR professionals across Latin America. Reporting into the Director, Human Resources you will collaborate with Global HR Business Partners, regional HR Shared Services, and other HR COEs to ensure that HR effectively executes projects, efficiently deliver services to employees, and enables overall business success within Latin America.

You must have several years of experience as a Human Resources leader focused on change management, coupled with a University degree in a related field. In depth knowledge of Argentinian employment law is expected. Fluency in English and Spanish is required with preference given to those who also have fluency in Portuguese.
