As an HR Partner, you will have a primary point of contact to various levels of people managers for their employees, based in Madrid, Spain.</span></span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">HR Partnering and primary point of contact for leaders and employees in Spain</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Delivering on HR strategies and solutions to support short and long term business goals</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Effectively navigating the HR organization to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of HR services to meet Business needs</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Internal organizational development consulting and coaching to Business and HR teams</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Supporting and operationalizing HR core processes</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Educated to Degree level or equivalent</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">HR Qualifications desirable but not essential</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and spoken English</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Italian are an asset, or any other extra language capability</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">HR experience required</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience in a HR Generalist capacity with working knowledge of performance management cycles and terminations</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">CRO & Pharma Industry/ International experience preferred</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience working for an international organization, preferred</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"> </p>
